Mary Beth joined a local brokerage to begin her career in real estate, quickly developing a passion for sharing the beauty and lifestyle of Horseshoe Bay with others. A graduate of the Horseshoe Bay Citizens Academy, she enjoys helping clients find homes and investment properties that fit their needs, bringing valuable knowledge of both residential and investment real estate. Mary Beth Kerby brings more than 11 years of experience in real estate, including 6 years focused on land development. She has contributed to residential, commercial, medical, and multifamily developments across Central Texas and Oklahoma. Mary Beth began her land development career as a sales consultant with National Land Partners, where she developed a passion for helping clients recognize the potential and value of property ownership. Well respected within the Texas land development community, she also earned certification with the John Maxwell Leadership Team. Her combination of local roots, industry expertise, and dedication to serving others allows her to guide clients with both confidence and care.
